First Time Central Heating Grants are available from the Government's ECO Scheme for householders whose homes have never had central heating installed before if:

The home has never had Central Heating fitted before AND

Someone living permanently receives Universal Credit or other Qualifying Benefits,

OR if the Local Authority approves the application under ECO Flex Rules.
