Is it a sellers market? we think so!

We have seen some great success in February as our sales department goes from strength to strength. The number of buyers registering to find a home has increased week on week with a high appetite from buyers of all back grounds.  Properties such a Lennox Road sold in under a week to first time buyers and had a staggering 12 viewings over a weekend! Winton Road wasn't far behind selling in just over one week, but why is demand so high?  One of the reasons we are seeing demand reach high levels is the number of fresh houses coming to market is low at the moment. Our Sales Director Shane Mitchell said "It feels like we just can't get homes quick enough, there is a real lack of choice for buyers in the current market so the good properties are now being snapped up fast by residential buyers and buy to let investors, so it is a great time to be putting your house on the market!"
