Zoopla's property report covering the DN post code area is showing that sales and rental demand remains high as many buyers and renters struggle to find the right property.  We have seen many popular properties selling within hours with so many buyers and renter missing out and the average sale time now being 24.25 days and just an average of 12 days to let.

Zoopla's information is showing the largest buyer age range is the age bracket 24-35 (marking up 24% of buyers) with the most popular style of property to be searched for is three bedroom semi detached homes.
