247 Is undergoing some new website changes as we branch into the SALES area. We have appointed a new sales team and are now offering property sales. We believe with our current traffic to our website and word of mouth we have no doubt we could sell homes faster than most. We are offering this services for a fixed 1% sales fee or if under £100k a fixed £1000 fee. We have not even finished the new site build until next week  and already we have owners queuing up for some investors sales. 

We have new sales boards with our normal free 0800 number incorporated.

There will 2 sales services available the

1. online sales at a fixed fee of £399

          “Online Service is a online marketing (Zoopla & RightMove etc) and board services managed by the vendor themselves”

2. Fixed 247 Sales Service at 1% over 100k and fixed £999 under £100k

          “247 manage the sale fully until completion”

All prices exclude VAT were applicable.
