We even text the person who took the keys and, if that does not work, we will send the person an invoice for lost keys via email. AUTOMATICALY.... Logged, dated & times with warnings to return them, there is no escape, you couldn’t ask for YOUR keys to be any safer. 

247 don’t sign keys out in a book, we operate an electronic key swipe attachment with all the persons details entered automatically and when they (contractor or agent) will be returning the keys. 

Let us not forget this system means that the letting officer has to swipe out your keys for viewings, so gone are the days of exaggerated viewings (we never did that anyway) but we can prove and assure facts and figures regarding your property visits.

Empty property checks are covered with Mytag system, we can prove empty visit checks for your insurance company, obviously there is a visit cost of £25 per visit but you now it took place, when and by whom.
