A national database of buyers and investors make us best place to sell the development we can offer a referral only service or as we prefer a full-service, meeting buyers on site and selling effectively off plan qualifying buyers and working with either your chosen solicitors or our recommended solicitors who offer a new homes specialist service to buyers with new build specialist conveyancers who truly understand the requirements and time scales we work under.
