Tenant Application Form

Please complete our application form for individual tenants below.

As part of the application you will be required to upload the following documentation so have this ready:

• Photo ID - Passport / Driving Licence / Photo ID
• Take a Selfie – To verify photo ID and current occupancy
• Proof of residency - a utility bill or council tax statement from the last six months
• Proof of income - last 3 months bank statements
• Wages Slip x 3 or employment contract in writing if with 13 weeks probation period.
• Share code where required - Proof of right to rent - https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-rent.

Application notes:

• Please check you have the correct documentation before starting the application.
• Applications are only accepted after a viewing has taken place.
• Holding deposits are only taken after you have completed your online application.
• Your email address must match your “booked viewing” email address to update our system of your application.
• Please only complete if you have been advised to do so by a 247 staff member.
