As part of the application you will be required to upload the following documentation so have this ready:
- Photo ID - Passport / Driving Licence / Photo ID
- Take a Selfie – To verify photo ID and current occupancy
- Proof of residency - a utility bill or council tax statement from the last six months
- Proof of income - last 3 months bank statements
- Wages Slip x 3 or employment contract in writing if with 13 weeks probation period.
- Share code where required - Proof of right to rent - https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-rent.
Application notes:
- Please check you have the correct documentation before starting the application.
- Applications are only accepted after a viewing has taken place.
- Holding deposits are only taken after you have completed your online application.
- Your email address must match your “booked viewing” email address to update our system of your application.
- Please only complete if you have been advised to do so by a 247 staff member.
